OIETAI is responsible for conducting these agreements and also 45 agreements about protection and promotion of foreign investment are set up to be implemented with countries such as Austria, Germany, Italy, Turkey, China, Sweden, Switzerland, France, Finland, Korea, Qatar, Malaysia and Venezuela, Alishiri added.
These agreements are signed with 14 countries such as Kuwait, Greece, Philippines, Indonesia, Cyrus, Sri Lanka, etc and we are exchanging the text of the agreements with 48 countries such as United Arab Emirates, Brazil, Panama, etc Alishiri said.

Deputy Minister of Economic Affaires and Finance said these agreements support the legal rights of investors for non-trade risks in the host country.
He pointed out that non-trade risks relate to government behavior with foreign investment guarantee and also referred to necessity of implementation of these agreements for absorbing more foreign investment.
